1. Accounts and access
RexVid supports approved sign-in methods, including Google and email verification. You must provide accurate information, protect your session, and be at least 18 or otherwise have legal capacity to enter this agreement where you live. If you use RexVid for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it. A sign-in method, email address, or domain never grants administrator access.
2. RexVid's service role
RexVid provides a technical interface that validates and relays requests to enabled third-party model providers, coordinates asynchronous jobs, meters credits, and stores deliverables. Model inference is performed by those providers. RexVid does not claim to create or operate their models, and provider availability, policies, and capabilities can change.
3. Pricing, payment, currency, and tax
Credits are one-time purchases processed by Stripe and are not subscriptions. The final price, currency, and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. The operator settles Stripe payouts in HKD; if checkout uses another presentment currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or other fees. Unless checkout expressly identifies a merchant-of-record service, the RexVid operator identified in the checkout record or receipt remains the seller. Stripe payment or tax tools do not by themselves transfer registration, filing, remittance, refund, or dispute duties.
4. Credits, expiry, and refund policy
Each purchased credit grant expires 365 days after receipt. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment for the unused portion of a purchased grant. Credits already captured for completed work, currently held for a job, expired, promotional, gifted, or otherwise supplied without payment are not refundable, except where law requires. Failed, rejected, or timed-out work automatically releases its hold but does not create a cash refund. Duplicate charges, paid orders without credited value, unauthorized transactions, or a material failure to supply the purchased service will be investigated and refunded, reversed, or corrected as appropriate. Approved cash refunds return to the original payment method; Stripe or the issuing bank controls when funds appear. A refund reverses the corresponding credits and can create a negative balance if those credits were already used. File expiry after the disclosed 180-day retention period is not a basis for refund. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights or chargeback rights.
5. Third-party generation and availability
Prompts and permitted reference media are transmitted to the selected or routed third-party provider for generation. Jobs may run asynchronously, be delayed, rejected, moderated, changed by provider limits, or fail. A hold settles only after final media reaches durable storage. Outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and are not guaranteed to match every instruction.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use RexVid for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, or unsafe material. Prohibited uses include child sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate content; sexualized or deceptive depictions of real people; fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate, terrorism, graphic abuse, or instructions for serious wrongdoing; malware, credential theft, or security attacks; and content that violates intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights. Do not evade safeguards, probe other accounts, disrupt the service, resell access without permission, or submit material you may not use. RexVid may block or remove content and preserve or disclose records where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law.
7. Inputs and generated outputs
You keep rights you already hold in prompts and uploads and grant RexVid and necessary providers only the permission needed to validate, transmit, process, moderate, store, secure, and deliver them. You are responsible for source permissions and for reviewing outputs before use or publication. Output rights depend on applicable law and provider terms; RexVid does not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, non-infringement, accuracy, or copyright eligibility.
8. Copyright notices and review
A rights holder may report allegedly infringing material to support@airexvid.com with the work identified, the relevant RexVid URL or job reference, contact details, the basis of authority, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. RexVid may restrict access while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice, notify the affected user where lawful, request more information, and restore material after a supported counter-notice or other resolution. Repeated or serious infringement can result in suspension. Do not submit knowingly false notices or counter-notices.
9. API and third-party services
API access requires scoped server-side keys, rate and concurrency limits, stable idempotency keys, and signed webhook verification. Google, Stripe, Neon, Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, and enabled model providers support distinct parts of the service under their own terms. Their services are not controlled by RexVid, and a provider interruption can limit the corresponding RexVid feature.
10. Storage and retention
Generated assets are normally retained for 180 days and can become unavailable after expiry or lawful removal. Short-lived download links expire sooner and can be refreshed while an asset remains available. You should download and back up outputs you need; RexVid is not a permanent archive.
11. Suspension, termination, and changes
RexVid may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, respond to misuse, or preserve service integrity. Material policy changes should be dated and communicated before taking effect; historical versions should remain reviewable.
12. Warranties, liability, and mandatory rights
RexVid and third-party features may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without promises that an output will be accurate, unique, lawful for your intended use, or continuously available. Nothing in these terms limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
13. Governing law, disputes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Before starting formal proceedings, you and the RexVid operator should first try in good faith to resolve the issue through support@airexvid.com. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or rights where you live, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. The English and Simplified Chinese versions are intended to have the same meaning; if an unavoidable inconsistency remains, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
